What we collect

• What you enter in the quote form: name, phone number, postal code or city, email if you give one, and the vehicle details.
• Technical browsing data: pages viewed, where the visit came from, device type.
• Advertising identifiers (gclid, wbraid, gbraid, fbclid and utm parameters) present in the link that brought you here, so we know which ad led to your request.

Why we collect it

• To call you back and give you a price for your vehicle. That is the main reason.
• To arrange towing and produce the SAAQ release documents.
• To measure how our Google and Meta advertising performs.
• To understand which pages are useful and where visitors drop off.

Cookies and measurement tools

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load its measurement tools. Tag Manager sets no cookies of its own; it manages the following. The categories below are the ones in the consent card. You can change your choice at any time with "Manage cookies" at the foot of every page.

• Audience measurement: Google Analytics. _ga and _ga_* cookies, kept up to 2 years.
• Advertising: Google Ads, to measure our ads and conversions. _gcl_* cookies, kept up to 90 days.
• Advertising: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads. _fbp cookie, kept up to 90 days.
• Essential: security, navigation and form submission. No advertising cookies, and they cannot be turned off: the site does not work without them.

How to refuse or limit tracking

The simplest way: "Manage cookies" at the foot of every page reopens the consent card and lets you refuse everything, or keep only what you want.

You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all offer this) or browse in a private window. The site keeps working normally: the form, the phone number and the towing depend on no advertising cookie.

You can also opt out with the providers themselves: Google Analytics offers a browser opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), Google ad preferences are at myadcenter.google.com, and Meta's are in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Your browser's "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, if enabled, is passed on to these tools.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Records tied to a completed transaction are kept longer where the law requires it, in particular for tax obligations and vehicle transfer documents.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. It is accessible to our team and to the providers that run the site and our communications: Vercel (hosting), Convex (request storage), Resend (email delivery), Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising measurement. Those providers may process data outside Quebec.

These providers act as processors on our behalf. We never sell, rent or trade your information.

Your rights and how to withdraw consent

You can request access to your information, its correction or its deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time.
